- 2 medium Savoy Cabbages, finely chopped
- 2 small Onions, chopped
- 2 cups Bacon, chopped
- 2 ½ cups Mixed Bone Broth, see recipe above
- ¼ tsp Mace
- 2 cups Coconut Milk
- 1 Bay Leaf
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Chopped Parsley
- Set on Sauté. Add the bacon crumbles and onions; cook until crispy. Add bone broth and scrape the bottom of the pot. Stir in bay leaf and cabbage. Cut out some parchment paper and cover the cabbage with it.
- Seal the lid, select Manual mode and cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes. Once ready, press Cancel and quickly release the pressure. Select Sauteé, stir in the milk and nutmeg. Simmer for 5 minutes, add the parsley.
